By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content.

Natiq LLC and its affiliates will not be answerable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive costs arising from your use of our website or services.

Funds deposited for a project are not refundable after the original design proposals are approved or a modification is demanded, unless Natiq LLC cancels the Contract for a reason other than your violation.

• Request before initial concept delivery: refund less 25% service fee.
• Request within 48 hours of signing up: 66% refund (less 10% fee).
• Request within 48 to 120 hours of initial delivery: 33% refund (less 10% fee).
• No refund after 120 hours of initial design delivery.
• No refund after final files are delivered or website goes live.

Customers can request revisions as long as the design philosophy remains the same. Turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours. Revisions are not catered to after project completion.

A project completion email is sent when the website goes live. Clients have 48 hours to request additional changes. After that, all developer files are discarded, making you the sole owner.

Our designers do not deviate from specifications provided in the order brief. Designs are created after thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness. We rework designs until you are 100% satisfied.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

Complimentary domain and hosting services are extended as part of your package if included. Otherwise an additional fee applies based on your selected package.

Third-party plugin integrations will be strictly standard. The company will not be responsible for updates to plugins after project completion unless maintenance services have been acquired.
